For a new construction you would not expect that you would need an inspection but Stuart called out a lot of open items that needed to be addressed by the builder. Also, my turnaround time for the inspection was really short; however, Stuart accommodated and was able to perform the work in the short time period provided. I will absolutely work with Stuart again to perform my end of warranty inspection.
