Stuart was great. He was very thorough and happily answered all our questions. For a new construction you would not expect that you would need an inspection but Stuart called out a lot of open items that needed to be addressed by the builder. Also, my turnaround time for the inspection was really short; however, Stuart accommodated and was able to perform the work in the short time period provided. I will absolutely work with Stuart again to perform my end of warranty inspection.

Stu was very professional and extremely detailed in his inspection. We were able to walk around every part of the house with him and learned a lot about things we didn’t already know about. He helped us understand the importance of many features in a home that need proper up-keeping during home ownership. I felt very protected and taken care of, like my dad was helping us.
